EJECTORS
Archer Instruments manufactures several sizes and models of Ejectors for use in feeding gaseous chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur dioxide, and ammonia. These Ejectors are commonly used in gas chlorination systems and gas dechlorination systems. Each Ejector incorporates a venturi nozzle, which requires a pressurized water flow to create the vacuum that operates the gas chlorination system. Each Ejector is also equipped with an internal normally closed check valve assembly, which allows the gas to flow into the assembly but prevents water from flowing into the gas supply system. The internal chamber of the Ejector is therefore the location where the gas and water are initially introduced.
